About the Position Position Description The Lead Pastor will serve as the primary spiritual leader of First Christian Church, a RestorationMovement, non-denominational Christian church. This is a full-time role responsible for preaching, shepherding the congregation, equipping believers for ministry, and leading the church in vision and mission alongside the eldership. The Lead Pastor will also oversee and develop the small staff team (including a part-time Children’s Director, Administrative Assistant, and Worship Leader) while modeling Christ‑like leadership, servant‑hearted ministry, and a passion for the Great Commission.
