Account Executive – Chicago, IL – WBBM CBS Chicago, Paramount+ and Pluto TV. Seeking a driven media sales professional to sell custom marketing campaigns to direct clients and advertising agencies across linear, streaming and cross‑platform opportunities. Responsibilities

Develop new business in linear/streaming platforms and non‑traditional revenue sales. Secure contract renewals and increase market share through cross‑selling and upselling. Execute strategies for premium high‑profile properties such as NFL, Big Ten Football, PGA Golf, WNBA, NCAA Basketball, UFC and UEFA Soccer. Sell high‑profile network prime specials (The Grammy Awards, VH1/MTV Video Music Awards, People’s Choice Awards, Tony Awards, CMT Awards, Daytime Emmys, Kennedy Center Honors). Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals. Build strong client relationships and leverage Paramount’s multi‑platform assets. Explore innovative non‑traditional revenue avenues and identify new business accounts. Promote and sell Paramount’s streaming TV solutions and understand how they complement broadcast TV. Handle all paperwork in a timely manner and support internal team members to ensure customer satisfaction. Basic Qualifications

3–5 years of media selling experience, ideally with digital streaming and broadcast linear TV, sports and news sponsorship media sales. Prior experience selling streaming platforms is highly preferred. Strong local direct client and agency relationships in streaming and linear broadcast with specific success stories. Expertise in automotive, healthcare, financial and retail categories. Additional Qualifications

Develop, communicate and implement complex marketing solutions to C‑level executives and business owners. Accurately analyze customer needs, develop a custom solution and build an effective presentation to close the sale. Skilled at developing strong client relationships within a short time. Proficiency with media selling tools: Wide Orbit Media Sales, WOMS, Wide Orbit Traffic, Operative, Media Monitors, Salesforce, Winmo, Zoom Info, Media Proxy, Waymark. Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Valid driver’s license, bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong marketing, advertising and branding acumen with excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Benefits
