About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer specialising in bridge design and construction to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a Bridge Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, analysing, and overseeing the construction of various bridge projects in the region.

Develop and review bridge designs, ensuring compliance with local and international standards

Perform structural analysis and calculations for bridge components using advanced software tools

Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications for bridge projects

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and government agencies

Conduct site visits to assess existing bridges and monitor construction progress

Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project schedules

Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and environmental requirements

Stay updated on the latest bridge engineering technologies and best practices

Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team

Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and project updates

What do we need from you

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree preferred

Professional Engineering (PE) licence; Structural Engineering (SE) certification is a plus

Minimum 10 years of experience in bridge engineering and design

Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000 and STAAD.Pro

Strong skills in AutoCAD and bridge design and modelling software

Experience with various bridge types, including suspension, cable‑stayed, and arch bridges

In‑depth knowledge of structural engineering principles and materials science

Familiarity with geotechnical engineering concepts related to bridge foundations

Understanding of Saudi Arabian building codes and regulations

Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills

Strong project management abilities and attention to detail

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English

Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment

Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
