About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our dynamic team in Khafji, Saudi Arabia. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards whilst adhering to local regulations and practices.

Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, coordinating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders

Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation

Oversee day‑to‑day construction activities, supervising contractors and workforce to maintain quality and safety standards

Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions as needed

Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian building codes, safety regulations, and company policies

Manage project risks, resolve issues, and make decisive decisions to keep projects on track

Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients

Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors

Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to review and approve designs and specifications

Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and change orders

Foster a collaborative work environment and mentor junior team members

What do we need from you

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 12 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct diverse teams

Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities

In‑depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and project management methodologies

Proficiency in construction management software and tools

Thorough understanding of safety protocols and regulations in the construction industry

Familiarity with Saudi Arabian building codes and construction practices

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels

Demonstrated ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings

Detail‑oriented with excellent organisational and time‑management skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable

Experience working in the Middle East, preferably in Saudi Arabia
