Your Responsibilities As An Assistant Property Manager

Nurture Leads – First point of contact for incoming applicants, arranging showings and following up to secure signed leases.

Conduct/Follow up Showings – Manage self‑showings, follow‑up post‑showing, and conduct in‑person tours when needed.

Get Applications & Leases – Guide applicants through the application process to a signed lease agreement.

Process Applications – Complete the move‑in checklist for all new residents.

Visit Properties – Place signs and lockboxes, and conduct inspections for move‑ins, move‑outs, and make‑ready inspections.

Tenant Relations – Primary contact for tenants, addressing questions, concerns, and maintenance requests.

Solicit Feedback – Gather tenant insights on pricing, features, and amenities to inform rent adjustments.

Service with a Smile – First impression and ongoing customer‑experience focus.

Support the Property Manager with additional assigned tasks.

Prior familiarity with property management and leasing is a plus.

Job Requirements For The Leasing Agent Position

Working knowledge of various computer software.

Experience updating a CRM.

Prior customer‑facing sales or service role.

Valid driver’s license.

Missouri Real Estate license is a plus.

Benefits & Pay Base salary: $35,000 – $40,000 annually (dependent on experience).

90‑day probationary period, followed by a performance review.

Eligible for 401(k) matching up to 5% after probation and 2 weeks PTO after 1 year (prorated).

Health benefits are not currently offered.
