Insuraviews is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential insurance companies and related businesses that could benefit from Insuraviews’ solutions. Generate new leads through various outreach methods, including online research, email marketing, and potentially phone outreach (with guidance and training). Assist in building and maintaining a database of prospective clients. Support the development and execution of targeted outreach campaigns. Schedule introductory calls and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure effective lead management. Learn and understand Insuraviews’ products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition. Maintain accurate records of activities and progress in our CRM system. Provide feedback to the team on market trends and potential opportunities. Assist with other business development and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications
Completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but not required). Strong interest in sales, business development, and technology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills. Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn. Experience with CRM software or email marketing platforms is a plus, but not required. What We Offer
