AWI Management Corp. is seeking an experienced individual to manage a 50-unit apartment community in Blythe, CA. Experience in affordable housing (RD/LIHTC/HUD) preferred.
Full-Time Position Starting pay is $21.00 - $23.00 per hour DOE.
Housing is NOT available with this position.
Requirements Reliable Transportation Authorized to work in the United States
Qualifications / Skills Able to communicate across various audience levels Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software Highly proficient in math Well organized with excellent time management skills Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants, vendors, and corporate staff Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to manage emergency situations Proficient in meeting strict deadlines Professionalism Listening
Responsibilities Manage all aspects of assigned properties Process applicant paperwork, screening applicants, obtaining landlord references, ensure all paperwork including lease and house rules receive signatures, re-certifications of current tenants, conducting move-ins and moveouts Collecting rents and security deposits Enforcing lease and house rules Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards Maintaining excellent curb appeal Advertise and market vacant units to attract tenants Follow company policies and procedures
