Eagle Aluminum is an aluminum supplier dedicated to providing fast delivery, great pricing, and personalized customer service. We are a national supplier of specialty aluminum trims, extrusions, and profiles, and we are expanding our business rapidly. To maintain our growth, we are always accepting applications for highly qualified candidates to fill the following positions. Answering calls and responding to internet and/or email inquiries from customers Entering data into CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) Providing price quotes and following up on those quotes Listening to customers and providing them with options/guiding them to the appropriate product Taking orders and entering data into our system Following up on orders with vendors Following up on open quotes Following up with current customers Skills needed for this role include: Strong time management General mathematical aptitude (includes understanding metric/fraction conversions) Team player Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Willingness to be flexible and work on the highest priority items as needed This is an integral role for our company.
