The DHI Communities division is seeking a
Groundskeeper - PM . Responsibilities include general maintenance, maintaining cleanliness of community areas, assisting with repairs, and supporting community upkeep.
Responsibilities
Maintain community grounds, including debris removal, pressure washing, painting, and trash collection.
Ensure safety and cleanliness of exterior stairs and common areas.
Prepare vacant units for occupancy, including cleaning and minor repairs.
Inspect building exteriors and lighting, reporting issues promptly.
Support maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and lighting systems.
Follow safety and environmental policies.
Assist with pool maintenance and make-ready units.
Complete work orders and support community upkeep tasks.
Respond to inclement weather by snow removal and salting.
Communicate effectively with support teams and residents.
Qualifications Required
High school diploma or GED.
0-3 years groundskeeping/maintenance experience.
Knowledge of basic tools and maintenance processes.
Ability to work independently and safely.
Proficiency with MS Office and email.
Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
Preferred
Trade knowledge and prior customer service experience.
