Assistant Reservations & Revenue Manager (m/w) Responsibilities

Actively assist the head of the reservations department and share responsibility for coordinating the training and development of the team and individual employees.

Manage individual and group reservations—from initial offer to confirmation—while adhering to the standards of The Leading Hotels of the World, Swiss Deluxe Hotels, and our internal quality management system.

Provide personalized support to our international guests throughout the entire reservation process.

Maintain and manage guest data in our booking system, Protel.

Share responsibility for the daily optimization of occupancy and monitoring of target occupancy goals.

Coordinate and implement rate strategies and booking conditions in close collaboration with the Reservations & Revenue Manager.

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of revenue management strategies, including price adjustments and loading of rates and packages.

Monitor and optimize availability and content on online distribution channels (CRS, GDS).

Process and follow up on commission-related matters.

Act as a quality management lead for the reservations department.

Qualifications

You have completed a commercial or equivalent education.

At least two years of professional experience in reservations or revenue management in the upscale hotel industry.

You are a lively, well‑groomed individual who enjoys interacting with our guests.

You have excellent knowledge of MS Office.

You enjoy working as part of a team.

You are flexible, resilient, conscientious, detail‑oriented, and customer‑focused.

You have excellent command of German, French, and English – additional languages are very welcome.

Language required: English. German and French are a plus.
