*** RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGER***

**AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.**
We are a Central Florida real estate firm managing over 500 properties. We are seeking a full-time residential property manager to join our team. The ideal candidate can work remotely, provided they have a quiet environment, high-speed internet, a printer, scanner, and a strong work ethic.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience managing SINGLE FAMILY HOMES WITH INDIVIDUAL OWNERS. Responsibilities include handling tenant and owner issues, emails, phone calls, rent collection, tenant screening, maintenance coordination, scheduling walkthroughs, and paperwork management.
This position can be stressful at times. A FLORIDA real estate license is REQUIRED (or to be obtained within 90 days).
**DUTIES INCLUDE:** Advertising and filling vacancies; negotiating and enforcing leases; maintaining and securing properties. Attracting tenants through advertising, referrals, and explaining property benefits. Negotiating leases and collecting security deposits. Managing finances: rent collection, bill payments, budgeting, and variance analysis. Maintaining properties: resolving tenant complaints, enforcing occupancy rules, inspecting units, coordinating repairs, and planning renovations. Contracting maintenance services and supervising repairs. Enforcing occupancy policies and addressing violations. Preparing reports by analyzing data and trends. Continuing professional development through education and networking. Taking ownership of responsibilities and seeking opportunities to add value. Additional details will be provided during the interview. **REQUIRED SKILLS:** Highly organized and self-motivated Excellent communication and negotiation skills Customer needs assessment and selling skills Effective closing skills Professionalism and active listening Exceptional prioritization abilities Outstanding customer service An active Florida real estate license is not necessary to start but must be obtained within 90 days.
