Our leading real estate investment firm is looking for a property manager. The ideal candidate must be able to manage a portfolio of properties and possess strong leadership and customer service skills in dealing with residents, board members, and vendors. This position will be responsible for enforcing regulations, preparing budgets, processing financial matters, and attending board meetings (day or evening). The candidate should have strong computer skills, be proactive, well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable speaking in front of large groups. Prior experience in property management is a bonus. We offer a competitive salary along with administrative and team support. Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site operations and maintain vendor relationships to ensure smooth property management. Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair pricing. Advertise and generate referrals to attract new tenants. Maintain properties by resolving tenant complaints, enforcing occupancy rules, inspecting vacant units, and contracting landscaping services. Assist in creating marketing initiatives to generate leads and leases. Support property owners in onboarding new properties and building long-term relationships based on trust and transparency. Provide regular updates and reports to property owners. Market listings via MLS, syndication platforms, and social media; coordinate showings and screen tenants. Draft and execute lease agreements; manage lease renewals and rent increases. Handle tenant communications and enforce lease terms, coordinating legal actions if necessary. Coordinate maintenance requests, schedule repairs, and ensure quality work. Track rent collection, follow up on delinquencies, and review financial statements. Assist owners with budgeting and financial planning. Ensure compliance with housing laws; maintain organized records of leases, inspections, and notices. Stay updated on fair housing laws and best practices. Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and network with investors and landlords. Collaborate with team leaders, attend training, and contribute to a strong team culture. Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal skills—friendly, helpful, and professional. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Customer service or real estate sales experience preferred. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. High School Diploma or GED required. Compensation: $58,000 - $185,000 annually.
