Set up order requests from technician work orders. Maintain orderly records of repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts. Ensure all requested parts are billed on service repair orders. Issue credits for returned parts, updating inventory systems accordingly. Participate in training programs and stay current on new products. Maintain a lost sales tracking program. Benefits:
