The investor relations coordinator provides hospitality to investors of the Knoxville Chamber. This role seeks innovative ways to improve communication and service to constituents. It requires a service-oriented attitude and an operational mindset focused on efficiency in the retention process. The anticipated start date is July 14, with negotiable later start dates.

Position Overview:

Onboarding

– Manage all investor benefits from the moment a new investor joins, including creating orders, directory listings, and communicating next steps.

Retention

– Oversee investor retention, including invoicing, processing upgrades/downgrades/drops, and maintaining investor data.

Customer Service

– Serve as the primary contact for investors, providing a welcoming, knowledgeable experience and troubleshooting issues. Collaborate with the Experience team on newsletters and communications.

Strategy

– Develop and evaluate retention strategies, including communication plans and software/tools implementation.

Other

– Oversee ribbon-cutting services, manage internal projects like accreditation and benchmarking surveys, and supervise the Investor Relations intern if applicable.

Technical Skills Needed:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience with CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics

Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Eventbrite, and Zoom is a plus

Professional conduct online, on the phone, and in person

Position Requirements:
