Part-Time Event Coordinator
to help plan, manage, and execute events that reflect our firm’s values and commitment to our clients, staff, and community. About Us At Boohoff Law, we’re more than a law firm—we’re a team that believes in supporting each other and making a positive impact in the community. From client appreciation events to staff celebrations and community outreach, we want every event to leave a lasting impression. What You’ll Do Plan, coordinate, and oversee logistics for firm events (internal staff events, community events, client appreciation functions, etc.). Assist with event promotion, invitations, and RSVP tracking. Coordinate with staff and leadership to ensure smooth event execution. Provide on-site support and problem-solving during events. Track event outcomes and provide feedback for improvements. What We’re Looking For Prior experience in event planning or coordination (professional or volunteer). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Availability to work flexible hours as needed for events (including some evenings and weekends). Schedule & Pay Part-time, approximately 5-10 hours per week (hours will vary depending on event schedule). Competitive hourly rate, based on experience.
