Hands-on management of existing scatter site property portfolio Auditing advertisements and monitoring leasing activity for available rental properties Maintaining regular, close contact with current clients Coordinate with Maintenance Coordinator to organize repairs and maintenance for managed properties Conduct periodic inspections of managed properties Manage portfolio correspondence Respond to inquiries and onboard new property owner clients Take appropriate actions against tenants in arrears Authorize payment of client invoices Manage client insurance claims and payments Audit monthly vacancy boards and yearly vacancy/leasing trends Perform rent reviews Conduct pre-vacancy inspections Prepare outgoing property condition reports Attend and participate in office meetings and training sessions as directed by the General Manager Adhere to all procedures required in this role Provide feedback for and participate in continuous improvement of procedures and processes Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements
5 or more years of experience in property management, preferably 3rd party management of scatter site portfolios General experience in office administration/organization Computer proficiency — Microsoft Office AppFolio experience highly preferred Local area knowledge Valid driver's license & proof of insurance Competencies: Fair Housing Laws WI Landlord/Tenant Laws Property Maintenance Project Management Staff Supervision
