Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated Auto Parts Sales Representative to join our team. Whether you have years of experience or are just starting out, if you're committed to learning, improving, and delivering excellent service, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll assist customers over the phone, via email, and through industry platforms to help them find the right parts for their vehicles. You’ll work with both wholesale and retail clients, estimate and process orders, and build strong customer relationships – all while developing your skills and growing with the company.

Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and respond to emails from wholesale and retail customers regarding parts inquiries Use industry platforms (e.g., Hollander, PartsTrader, CarPart) to manage and respond to estimates and orders Learn how to estimate part prices and availability based on customer needs Process parts orders accurately and track inventory Provide excellent customer service and clear guidance on part compatibility Build lasting relationships with customers through professionalism and followup Stay informed on inventory updates and industry trends Follow orders from inquiry to delivery, ensuring a smooth process Meet sales goals and contribute to the team’s success

What We’re Looking For:
A positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication skills phone, email, and online platforms Interest in auto parts, vehicles, or the automotive industry Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting Previous experience in sales, auto parts, or customer service is a plus, but not required Familiarity with parts estimating platforms is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate

Compensation:
Starting pay based on experience. No Experience: $30 per hour, plus small commission. Opportunity to make over $150k annually. 100% commissionbased pay structure after 90 days of employment
