About the Role We’re looking for a Sr. Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties. This role balances strategic oversight with hands-on problem solving. You’ll be the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and ownership, ensuring properties operate efficiently, tenants feel supported, and ownership goals are met. What You\'ll Do Lead day-to-day management of commercial properties. Build and maintain strong tenant relationships with a focus on best-in-class customer service. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for the portfolio. Work closely with Property Accountants to ensure property level transactions are accurate. Manage variances to budget and fully explain as necessary. Oversee building operations, maintenance, and vendor contracts. Ensure compliance with all local codes, safety standards, and company policies. Lead a team while fostering growth and encouraging the success of team members. Partner with ownership to implement value-add strategies and capital improvement projects. What We\'re Looking For 5+ years of experience as a commercial property manager 9+ years of experience in the commercial property management industry Strong knowledge of property operations, financials, and tenant relations Proven track record of managing budgets and meeting ownership objectives Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, MRI, or similar) A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with the ability to juggle competing priorities Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills; act as a team mentor and role model Why Join Us?
