Job Title: Commercial Property Manager (Commercial Real Estate background is required for this role).
Location: Austin, Texas (Local Candidates are only being considered unless you're currently relocating to the area and have your own relocation structure).
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive
Commercial Property Manager
to oversee the daily operations of a portfolio consisting of
office and/or industrial properties . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing commercial assets, strong tenant relations skills, and a solid understanding of building operations and financial performance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day management of assigned office or industrial properties Manage tenant relations, lease compliance, and service requests Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control Conduct regular property inspections and ensure high standards of operation Collaborate with internal teams on leasing, capital projects, and tenant improvements Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in
commercial property management , preferably with
office or industrial assets Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience with property management software (Yardi, MRI, etc.) preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Seniority level
