Office location: Portsmouth, NH. Years of experience: 2-5 years. Salary range: $55k - $95k+.
Responsibilities
Manage client expectations through proactive communication and scope management.
Collaborate with the production team to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Become the in‑house expert of the client’s business and industry.
Attend weekly client status update calls and monthly client planning meetings.
Maintain the maintenance schedule and client communication.
Coordinate client billing with Vital’s billing department.
Schedule projects and follow‑ups for issues.
Oversee the onboarding process for clients.
Troubleshoot the ticketing system and manage bug fixes.
Draft project estimates and forward to Project Managers once approved.
Cross‑department training with the Accounts Team.
Audit, analyze, and report on hours in hosting, maintenance, and the ADA compliance program.
Identify opportunities to improve company culture, processes, and client results.
Skills & Requirements
Two years of experience as a project manager or account manager in an agency environment.
Experience in maintenance, client services, or customer support.
Project management software experience to keep projects on track.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs/Sheets.
Comfort with WordPress (bonus).
Experience with Jira or Bugherd.
Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, Act‑On, Marketo, Eloaqua, or Infusionsoft.
Familiarity with inbound marketing tools such as SEMrush, Moz, MailChimp, Constant Contact, CrazyEgg, etc.
Process‑focused with the ability to manage multiple complex projects at once.
Team player prepared to work closely with a creative team.
Excellent client‑management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred but not required: inbound marketing certification via HubSpot, HubSpot certification, Google Analytics certification.
