We are looking for an outgoing, highly motivated professional with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Coral Real Estate LLC/Cuse Realty LLC is a vertically integrated real estate company involved in property acquisition, construction management, leasing, brokerage, and property management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage the day-to-day operations of properties, including leasing, rent collection, and overseeing maintenance Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved quickly Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including repairs and cleaning schedules Conduct property inspections Oversee ongoing construction projects Maintain marketing and social media efforts Develop and implement policies and procedures for property management Research and develop new projects and growth opportunities Qualifications: Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, or related majors preferred Previous experience in property management or related fields preferred Ability to build rapport with tenants Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you're interested in this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume.
