Responsibilities
Build forms for poured‑in‑place walls.
Perform ground‑level staging of multiple projects.
Break and repair finished concrete, move material, dig, tie rebar, and perform other general labor tasks.
Assist with other duties as required.
Qualifications
Concrete Carpenter Experience:
Experience or comfort using power tools.
Experience or comfort building forms.
Experience or comfort pouring, setting, and leveling concrete, and tying rebar if needed.
Proficiency in safe power‑tool use.
Experience with poured‑in‑place walls.
Preferred but not required experience running crews for structural concrete.
Laborer Experience (not required, but helpful):
Comfort using a saw, hammer, and nail gun.
Reliable transportation.
Must be on site at 7:00 am, Monday‑Friday without fail.
