Improve time‑to‑productivity with automated learning paths and certifications. Offer structured coaching with weekly 1:1 sessions. Develop confidence through video role plays, simulated scenarios, and field ride‑along programs. Provide micro‑learning via engaging videos, quizzes, and challenges. Utilize analytics for real‑time visibility of achievements. Engage teams with gamification—leaderboards and badges. Leverage sales tools and AI to maximize engagement and proficiency. Responsibilities

Qualify and quantify the needs of the existing customer base using Salesforce.com. Validate and collect primary decision‑maker contact information for future campaigns. Identify and sell to new customers using marketing & sales tools. Recover declining & dormant customers via the United Rentals value proposition. Support and learn branch operations and IT systems for quotes, rentals, sales, reservations, and territory management. Coordinate with branch departments to ensure customer satisfaction and communicate field issues. Provide solutions to customers around equipment needs assessment, training, demonstrations, quotations, catalogs, and credit applications. Negotiate prices on equipment rentals and sales per pricing policies. Drive customer engagement to local events and promotions. Perform duties as assigned by management. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Preferred: one year of sales‑related experience. Proven planning, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient computer skills and at least one year experience with Microsoft Office. Strong presentation skills and effective sales orientation. Strong teamwork and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Willingness and ability to relocate. Benefits
