Regional Sales Assistant/Customer Service Representative Location: AZ, ID, UT, WY – Insulation Business.

Job Description Sika is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Assistant/Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As a Regional Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.

Provide generic information about products, services, and company policies.

Maintain customer records by updating account information.

Process orders, billing (invoicing), returns, and exchanges

Order entry

Complaint entry

Ensure customers are billed in a timely manner

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

Production

Logistics

Accounts Receivable

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Proven experience in a customer service role, managing customer relations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem‑solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.

Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
