to lead and grow their
Forensic and Litigation Services
team. Based in
Dallas , with flexible hybrid working, this is a standout opportunity to join a values-driven firm that puts people first. You’ll play a key role in developing a thriving personal injury practice while mentoring a high-performing team. What you’ll be doing Lead complex litigation cases Develop testing procedures, work plans and client reports Contribute to business development and proposal preparation Support and grow a collaborative team of analysts and consultants What we’re looking for Strong experience in litigation and forensic accounting Proven leadership and team management skills Commercial mindset with a track record in client growth Have built a book of business of at least $1million Competitive base salary ($250,000 - $300,000) + bonus, 401(k), generous holiday, full health cover, true flexibility, internal coaching and CPD, and a brilliant culture focused on work-life balance and long-term development.
