Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager based in San Jose, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Area Sales Manager will build and maintain relationships with auto dealers, provide them with financing solutions, and help drive financial success. The role involves frequent travel to dealership locations, conducting presentations, training dealer staff, and ensuring high levels of dealer satisfaction. The person in this role will also track and report on sales performance and work collaboratively with the broader sales team to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Understanding of auto finance and lending processes
Proficiency in conducting presentations and training sessions
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned area
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Relevant industry experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
