About ACHRE ACHRE is a media and lifestyle brand founded by bestselling author and top podcast host Rachel Hollis, creating content, events, and experiences that inspire millions of women to live a better life in simple, achievable steps. Our growing portfolio spans podcasts, video, live experiences, and other soon-to-be-announced projects — offering a wide range of creative, high-impact opportunities for brand partnerships. Our flagship podcast already generates 7-figures annually in ad sales (managed separately), but the rest of our portfolio — including our website, YouTube presence, 350K+ newsletter subscribers, highly engaged social channels, and upcoming new formats — is totally untapped.

The Role We’re looking for a fractional Brand Partnerships & Sponsorship Sales Rep to launch and grow our sponsorship revenue stream from the ground up. You’ll bring your own roster of brand relationships in the lifestyle, wellness, home, food, and women’s categories and proactively connect them with high-impact, mutually beneficial opportunities across the ACHRE ecosystem. You’ll thrive with us if you’re as passionate as we are about doing work that inspires and uplifts women — and you know how to connect that mission to brands in a way that drives real results.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute a brand partnership strategy that aligns with ACHRE’s mission and audience

Leverage your existing network to pitch and close sponsorships, collaborations, and product integrations

Build custom pitches and proposals for brands

Negotiate deals that drive both profit and long-term relationships

Collaborate with our creative and production teams to ensure smooth execution of sponsored content and activations

Track and report on partnership performance and ROI

What We’re Looking For

Proven track record

securing 5–6 figure brand deals in the lifestyle, women’s, wellness space

An

existing network of brand decision-makers

— you won’t be starting from zero

Warm, relationship-first approach — you build trust with creatives and brands alike

Experience creating custom sponsorship packages that feel natural and on-brand

Ability to develop

high-quality, large-scale campaigns with long-term partners

— not one-off ads, affiliate links or low-value placements

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Time Commitment & Compensation Retainer:

$5,000 a month + 20% commission on closed deals | no cap on commissioned earnings

Approx . 20 hours/week
