Position summary: The Managing Director is responsible for generating sales, increasing revenue and profitability. This role establishes and develops client relationships and works with one or more recruiters to fulfill open job orders. The position will collaborate with business stakeholders, leaders, and subject matter experts to plan and deliver projects effectively and on time. Responsibilities
Direct and motivate a high-performing team to drive revenue growth and exceed targets. Serve as primary strategic lead for the team and line of business. Establish and maintain target client lists and develop relationships. Conduct prospecting activities including phone calls, ads, skills marketing, email, social media, in-person meetings, and other methods. Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives. Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment. Utilize a staffing CRM to log activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business, as well as planning daily activities. Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business and national practices as appropriate. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5 to 6 years of technology sales or staffing experience required. Active membership in IT community or networking groups is a plus. Education and Experience

Multiple locations | Remote eligible with management approval. Travel requirements: Less than 5% (almost no travel). Physical Demands
