What you will do

Own outbound outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn

Qualify leads and lead high-impact discovery meetings

Clearly communicate value, handle objections, and build pipeline

Collaborate with sales and marketing to close gaps and drive growth

Keep CRM activity clean and insights flowing

Stay sharp on product knowledge and client pain points

Build relationships with trust, clarity, and integrity

Bring insight back to the team to help us grow stronger together

What you bring Base Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development

Experience with cold outreach, lead generation, and lead qualification

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to quickly understand, discuss, and convey technical concepts

Resilient, self-driven, and organized

Interest in the manufacturing, industrial, or technology sectors

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with sales outreach tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).

Experience in industry networking, including tradeshows, seminars/webinars, and social events

Previous experience in the manufacturing, industrial or technology sectors.

What we offer

Competitive base salary with uncapped commission; OTE typically ranges from $60K–$80K, with additional performance-based incentives.
