What You’ll Be Doing

Owning & Expanding the Wisconsin Territory – Drive new business opportunities in construction, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.

Consultative Selling – Educate clients on OSHA-compliant fall protection solutions through site audits, helping them reduce risk and improve safety compliance.

Building Long-Term Relationships – Develop and maintain strong connections with contractors, safety managers, and key decision-makers.

Hunting for New Business – Identify opportunities, generate leads, and grow revenue in a rapidly expanding safety market.

Conducting On-Site Assessments – Must be comfortable working at heights (safely), climbing ladders, and evaluating job sites to recommend the best solutions.

You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own territory while being supported by marketing, technical experts, and leadership teams to help you maximize your potential.

Requirements

Exceptional Communication Skills : Confident, clear, and capable with both written and verbal skills.

Outside Sales Experience Required – 3+ years in B2B sales, territory management, or industrial sales.

Consultative Selling Approach – You don’t just sell products—you provide solutions to real safety challenges.

Territory Management Skills – Self-motivated and able to plan, prospect, and execute strategies independently.

Interest in Safety & Compliance – Passionate about helping businesses protect their workforce.

Willing to Work at Heights – Comfortable climbing ladders and performing site assessments safely.
