Job Description
The Enterprise Account Executive - Federal will generate new business sales revenue in the Federal Government. This will be achieved through account planning, territory planning, working with Nexthink partners, business development techniques, and field-based sales activities.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience working in early-stage companies that have introduced new and innovative products to market;
The ability to evangelize the benefits of an 'experience-based' solution;
Skill in selling to multiple levels within the IT organization;
Capability to manage customer expectations during Proof of Concept evaluations.
The Role
Achieve sales goals and targets for the assigned territory on a quarterly and annual basis by:
Prospecting, qualifying, and developing a sales pipeline aggressively;
Developing regional strategies and plans to leverage Nexthink partners;
Building strong relationships with multiple Program Directors within Government Agencies;
Collaborating with the marketing team to conduct seminars, trade shows, and drive revenue growth and pipeline;
Taking a consultative approach by understanding customer challenges and future strategies to promote the Nexthink solution;
Qualifying prospects and developing new sales opportunities for ongoing revenue growth;
Managing the sales process and closing opportunities;
Maintaining ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction;
Exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives;
Building effective relationships for growth opportunities;
Working closely with Professional Services to achieve customer satisfaction;
Selling a complete solution of software, services, and support to ensure customer success;
Participating in seminars, trade shows, and marketing events.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience selling enterprise technology to the Public Sector;
A proven track record of overachievement (e.g., President's Club, Rep of the Year);
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed;
Disciplined in managing time and resources, with a sound approach to qualifying opportunities;
Intelligent, with the aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility;
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
