We’re assisting a well known client in the greater Atlanta area in seeking a strategic, detail-oriented
Senior Commercial Property Manager
to lead operations for a high-visibility
open-air retail center
with an onsite property team. In this leadership role, you’ll supervise a team of four and manage all aspects of property operations, with a strong emphasis on financial performance. What You’ll Do: Oversee day-to-day operations of a
well-established
open-air retail center Supervise and support an onsite team of
four property professionals Lead all financial functions including
budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Coordinate with leasing and construction teams to enhance asset performance Build and maintain strong tenant relationships with a customer-first mindset Ensure operational compliance and uphold brand and safety standards What You Bring: 7+ years of commercial property management experience REQUIRED, preferably retail Strong financial acumen —
CAM reconciliations, variance reports, and budgeting are essential Proven leadership ability and team development experience Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience with property management software such as Yardi is a plus Why Join?
