Director of Tenant Relations
to join the team. This position is
hybrid
and based 4 out of 5 days per week at their office in Midtown Manhattan. Job Details
Direct a team of property managers Oversee lease agreements for retail properties Review tenant correspondence and prepare documentation Manage Yardi modules and ensure all information is accurate Assist with annual inspections Establish rapport with all stakeholders and tenants Heavy project and agreement management components Salary Range: $100-125k annually, based on experience Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Real Estate, Business, or similar majors preferred 5+ years’ experience in Real Estate Yardi experience highly preferred Highly organized and detail orientated Adept at managing multiple high-priority projects Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills
