Bank of America's Restaurant Group is seeking a Sr. Relationship Manager to join our team. The Restaurant Group provides financing for restaurant operating companies, franchisors and multi?unit franchisee?owner/operators of select national/regional restaurant concepts, generally with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion. Target client size is over 20 units if a franchisee and over $50?mm in revenue if an operating company or franchisor. The Group also provides financing for new unit development and remodels, acquisitions, recapitalizations and working capital. We provide integrated advisory and capital raising capabilities to achieve a full range of strategic objectives, from mergers and acquisitions to divestitures, exclusive sales, management?led buyouts, joint ventures, recapitalizations and fairness opinions. Our comprehensive suite of innovative payment solutions includes credit, debit and prepaid cards, merchant loyalty, check and eCommerce payments, with the security, convenience and rewards.
Responsibilities
Manage an extensive portfolio of clients and prospects with annual revenues of $50?million and above to help companies save, borrow, and invest for their current and future needs. Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting, and enhancing existing relationships. Understand and interpret financial and cash flow statements to assess and analyze financial conditions of companies and industry trends. Collaborate with domestic and international teammates throughout the bank, including Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, and Wealth Management, and facilitate client relationships with Product Specialists in Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services to design and deliver financial solutions to clients and prospects. Lead and facilitate dialogue with complex clients and prospects regarding topics such as industry, alternative capital structures, and general business issues. Coach and mentor peers while utilizing leadership skills. Adapt to changes in sales practices and broader market and industry conditions as needed. Required Qualifications
10+ years experience in broad commercial lending/corporate finance/relationship management. Strong credit background. Demonstrated ability to manage an extensive portfolio of restaurant clients with revenues greater than $50?million. Proven track record of prospecting new business, enhancing existing relationships, and closing profitable transactions. Professional proven sales skills, including planning, execution and follow?up of client meetings. Strong corporate finance, capital markets and accounting acumen. Financial modeling experience and completion of formal credit training preferred. Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated leadership ability. Capability to organize, facilitate, lead and negotiate with a team of bank associates to solve client problems. Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series?7 & 63 (must obtain SIE, Series?7 &?63 license within 180?days of start date). Desired Skills
Undergraduate degree in a related field; MBA desirable. Existing knowledge of the market preferred. Active member/participation in local community organizations. Active networking contacts and Centers of Influence for the restaurant industry. Shift and Hours

Pay range: $120,000.00 $235,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible: role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan; employees may receive an annual discretionary award based on overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group, and the overall success of the Company.
