Manage complex and sensitive projects across multiple locations, often distinguished by their size or program complexity. Identify potential problems or opportunities proactively; analyze issues and develop optimal solutions. Act independently or lead teams, ensuring project outputs align with scope and budget. Assist the Director of Real Property with program management for the Real Property Branch (RPB). Develop and oversee business plans, strategies, and priorities for the RPB. Guide staff and consultants in functions such as surveys, utilities, permits, appraisals, negotiations, acquisitions, relocations, and property management, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Supervise administrative settlements and document development, ensuring adherence to legal and policy standards. Advise on real property and third-party issues; provide technical expertise to leadership and cross-functional teams. Collaborate with other departments, agencies, and external consultants to meet objectives. Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) and 12 years of relevant experience or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of the Authority’s organization, laws, regulations, project delivery process, procurement, and contract negotiation practices. Additional Information:
This position does not include sponsorship for US work authorization. Relocation assistance is not provided. Salary range: $160,000 - $230,000. Benefits include health coverage, paid time off, wellness programs, and more. What We Offer:
