This role requires a strategic and experienced individual with a proven track record in property management, particularly within affordable housing programs. Key responsibilities include overseeing all property management operations, developing and executing initiatives to improve asset performance, ensuring compliance with housing regulations, and leading and mentoring regional and site-level teams.
