Co-Founder – Investor Relations & Operations
We’re a purpose-driven startup on a mission to “teach and inspire maturity” in a world often weighed down by negativity. Building on a published book detailing our core philosophy—where negativity is seen as a baseless label and life is inherently purposeful—we’re developing products such as a

AI-powered life guide app . Our vision is to create fun, scalable tools that encourage personal growth and show how fulfilling real maturity can be. The Role We’re looking for a Co-Founder to spearhead investor relations and operations. You’ll collaborate closely with the founder, who focuses on product development, to drive daily business functions, scale the company, and build strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities Investor Relations:
Identify and engage potential investors, manage fundraising efforts, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Operations & Growth:
Oversee budgeting, hiring, and growth strategy, ensuring that our mission and long-term vision stay on track. Collaboration:
Work side-by-side with the founder to refine business processes and bring innovative ideas to market. Leadership & Culture:
Help shape a positive, mature company culture that thrives on creative solutions and empathy. What We’re Looking For **Must-have**:
Prior experience leading operations and/or fundraising in a startup or high-growth environment. Strong communication skills and a knack for handling pressure with enthusiasm. An entrepreneurial spirit, eager to build something meaningful from the ground up. Alignment with our core values of maturity, positivity, and seeing potential in every challenge. Technical or programming knowledge is a bonus, but not required. Why Join Us? Mission-Driven Impact:
We believe maturity unlocks value in everything, and we’re determined to spread this mindset globally. Creative Collaboration:
Work with a founder who brings a wealth of creative ideas—music, writing, game design—and channels them into innovative products. Growth Potential:
This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the trajectory of a new venture and influence key decisions from day one. Flexible Equity:
We’re fair and selfless in splitting equity, valuing contributions and shared commitment. How to Apply If you’re ready to help us build a company that promotes maturity, positivity, and long-term growth, we’d love to hear from you.
