Campus Production Director

Objective To create a distraction-free worship environment where all people can discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the worship gatherings team and campus team to plan and execute weekly worship services and big momentum events with excellence
Responsible for recruiting, training and maintaining serve staff for Eleven22 Students, production team
Maintain Planning Center Online service plans and schedules for Eleven22 Students
Communicate vision for the upcoming student services to serve staff
Program lighting and media content for student services and special events
Rehearse necessary elements of service to ensure a distraction-free experience
Coordinate with campus team members on service elements and transitions
Execute high quality, distraction-free worship services with serve staff team
Find areas for improvement in programming and execution of services and events
Program lighting for all weekly services in the worship center
Execute assigned scheduled events that are happening on campus with the hospitality team
Assist with staging changes as needed for different initiatives
Identify, troubleshoot and solve technical issues that may occur
Disciple and lead student serve staff team and encourage growth both spiritually and in their serve staff position
Help with central initiatives as assigned

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work This is a full‑time, exempt position with days of work being Sunday through Thursday. The church has several large events, (“All‑Skates”) throughout the year that are mandatory for all staff to be in attendance and may vary, depending on the vision cast for the current year.
Work Environment This job operates in a varied environment, including office, stage and tech booth.
Physical Demands This job is typically active and does not involve remaining in one place for extended periods. It may require the ability to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs, use tools and move staging equipment.
Ministerial Exception The ministerial exception furthers the purposes of the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment by barring legal claims against church bodies by staff members who perform religious functions. All church pastors are subject to the exception, but a formal ministerial credential is not required. While there is no rigid formula to determine other church staff members that qualify, various factors are considered to determine which staff members are subject to the ministerial exception (please see handbook). Staff members who qualify under the ministerial exception are not covered by federal and state employment and anti‑discrimination laws.
