Description
Objective: To create a distraction‑free worship environment where all people can discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Work with the worship gatherings team and campus team to plan and execute weekly worship services and big momentum events with excellence.
Responsible for recruiting, training and maintaining serve staff team.
Maintain Planning Center Online service plans and schedules.
Communicate vision for the upcoming weekend experience to serve staff.
Program lighting and media content for weekend services.
Rehearse necessary elements of service to ensure a distraction‑free experience.
Coordinate with campus team members on service elements and transitions.
Execute high quality, distraction‑free worship services with serve staff team.
Find areas for improvement in programming and execution of services and events.
Identify, troubleshoot and solve technical issues that may occur.
Maintain production team equipment and software.
Attend and contribute to central, campus and one‑on‑one meetings.
Disciple and lead the student serve staff team, encouraging growth both spiritually and in their serve staff roles.
Other duties as needed.

Familiar with Planning Center Online.
Working knowledge of macOS.
Education and Experience: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in team leadership, live production, audio, video and lighting.
