At Heart Cry Church, we believe production is ministry. We are passionate about creating
distraction-free environments where people can experience the presence of God and respond
to the Gospel. We are looking for a Production Director who feels called to lead with excellence,
humility, and a heart to serve the Church.
NOTE: This is a Part-Time or Full-Time role depending on candidates responsibilities and skillsets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Be a campus leader by executing the vision of Heart Cry Church while upholding worship experience standards.
Assist in the overall leadership of the campus, helping plan and execute production for all campus-specific events (weekend services, outreach events, volunteer gatherings,
Oversee all Production volunteers, including scheduling and team development.
Ensure consistency across all production environments (audio, video, lighting).
Maintain campus technical equipment and coordinate with the central AV/Tech team for repairs and upgrades.
Help implement systems, workflows, and cultural expectations for production teams.
Partner closely with the Worship Leader and Producer for weekend experiences.
MUST-HAVES
A heart for the Church and passion for distraction-free worship environments.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Working knowledge of AVL systems.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and time management.
