Compensation Compensation:

$120,000 base (commensurate with experience) + up to $25,000 bonus + equity opportunities

About the Role This high-impact position will oversee General Managers across multiple concepts, each offering its own culinary identity. The ideal candidate will bring a strong operational foundation, a versatile background in both fine and casual dining, and a solid understanding of beverage operations (introductory level). Youll need to be highly organized, a self-starter, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What Youll Do

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurants

Provide mentorship and leadership to a team of General Managers

Support and collaborate with the current DO to ensure alignment and efficiency

Maintain operational excellence across different styles of service

Be a visible leader, present in each location on a regular basis

What Were Looking For

Multi-unit operations experience

Proven success in both fine dining and upscale casual environments

Introductory knowledge of beverage programs

Experience managing and mentoring large teams

Strong organizational skills and ability to lead without micromanaging

Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to excellence

$121,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
