Commercial Lines Insurance Account Executive — Baltimore, MD (in-office 2x per week) Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year plus bonus and excellent benefits package Base pay range: $130,000 - $160,000 per year Summary

Our client, a well-known Top 50 Property & Casualty Insurance Broker, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join their growing team. This role manages a multimillion-dollar book of business across industries (construction, healthcare, higher education, etc.). The book of business is approximately $1-2M in revenue and requires experience handling all major lines of commercial insurance as well as direct client interaction. Build and expand relationships with clients by addressing their needs, including identifying and resolving underwriting or policy issues. Manage daily account activities: processing policies/endorsements, invoicing, certificates of insurance, premium breakdowns, auto ID cards, policy changes, form reviews, coverage comparisons, loss analysis, and responses to coverage questions. Lead multiple client teams in planning, execution and delivery of services. Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing and new policies, including marketing renewal business. Service and monitor accounts; disseminate account activity. Foster relationships with carriers through interaction on assigned accounts. Manage renewal processes for all assigned clients, including loss information review, information updates, renewal applications, remarketing, account rounding, renewal pricing review and negotiation, and preparing renewal proposals and binders. Identify new business opportunities and referrals to grow the book of business. Market renewals and new business; collaborate with the marketing department. Review applications, policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy. Complete loss/claims analysis and summaries. Document conversations and information provided to and for clients. Communicate and share coverage and market information with colleagues as needed. Utilize system capabilities (EPIC) to maintain complete and accurate data and documents. Requirements

Valid Property & Casualty license (required). Ability to work in the Baltimore office 2x per week. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
