Role Overview:

As a Commercial Broker and Property Manager, you'll blend your love for numbers and people skills to manage, lease, and represent clients in buying and selling investment real estate. You'll handle commercial office, medical, retail, and industrial properties, ensuring every transaction is unique and educational.

Key Responsibilities:

Broker Duties:

Represent clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial real estate.

Conduct property analyses, including broker opinions of value (BOV), market comparables, and research.

Negotiate sales and lease transactions.

Procure new lease and sale listings.

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create marketing materials.

Network and build new client relationships.

Property Management Duties:

Oversee the day‑to‑day physical and financial operations of your portfolio.

Serve as the primary liaison with owners, vendors, and tenants.

Administer tenant leases and maintain excellent tenant relations.

Ensure prompt rental payments and resolve tenant issues.

Prepare annual budgets and monthly financial reports for property owners.

Conduct property inspections and manage emergency maintenance.

Supervise third‑party vendors and manage the competitive bid process.

Enhance client profitability through strategic analysis.

Secure new property management accounts.

What We’re Looking For:

Washington State Broker's License or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.

Understanding of basic business and economic principles.

3+ years’ experience in commercial property management or brokerage.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Ability to multitask, solve problems creatively, and perform with integrity.

Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Familiarity with AppFolio or other property management software.

Compensation:

Base salary starting at $50,000‑$60,000/year plus a $20,000 commission/incentive guarantee for the first 12 months.

Commission on leasing and sales transactions.

Incentive pay for new management accounts.

A highly motivated and ambitious candidate can anticipate earning over $80,000 in total compensation during their first year, with potential to exceed $100,000 in subsequent years.
