Job Description:
Turning Point USA is seeking a highly skilled, professional, and motivated individual to assist in the nation’s largest and most innovative issue advocacy field operation. The Club America Field Coordinator is responsible for working specifically with Turning Point USA student groups to launch new chapters, maintain established chapters, organize daily campus initiatives, recruit new activists, and develop strong activist networks throughout their assigned territory. Field Coordinators are also responsible for importing and organizing recruitment-related data, conducting outreach to prospective members, giving oral presentations, representing the organization at events and conferences, managing the territory’s students, and developing new activism plans.
The role is temporary, lasting 3-4 months. Though no guarantee of future employment, excelling may provide an advantage for future opportunities with Turning Point USA.
Minimum Qualifications
Strong representative of the TPUSA brand.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of project management software (Google Apps, Airtable, HubSpot).
Proficiency with social media platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook).
Passion for conservative ideas and principles.
Positive, goal-oriented mindset with strong work ethic and initiative.
Reliable, punctual, and responsive, demonstrating ethical and responsible behavior.
Flexibility and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
Proven leadership development.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned.
Receives and applies feedback constructively to improve performance.
Effectively reports updates and progress to leadership in a timely manner.
Physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs.
WOW! SKILLS
Sales, teaching, or campaign experience.
Past/present involvement in conservative youth organizations.
Experience starting high school student organizations.
Proven skills facilitating civic engagement and grassroots activism.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Employees are required to have a valid driver's license, reliable mode of transportation, and proof of insurance when applicable.
