How You Will Be Compensated

$33-$42/hour Depending on Experience

What You Will Do

This hybrid role will work on site at our beautiful Irvine office 3 days a week, allowing for remote work 2 days a week.

Manage a generalist book of small to middle market accounts.

Analyze coverages associated with client insurance policies to ensure needs are met and educate clients on their coverages and risks.

Maintain client files with excellent documentation and organization of data.

Delegate tasks to assigned assistants & support team while managing a steady stream of your own day‑to‑day tasks.

Qualifications

Current CA Property and Casualty license

3+ years P&C experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems (EPIC)

Understanding of Independent Agency system and familiarity with Commercial Lines operations

High School Diploma

Seniority level : Mid-Senior level
