Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting the right automobile accessories for their needs
Provide detailed product information and answer customer queries
Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of various accessories
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Coordinate accessory installation with appropriate departments
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current automobile accessories and market trends
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new and existing products
Support the setup and organization of display areas
Handle customer complaints and returns professionally
Provide status updates for customers throughout accessory installation process
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction
Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
Must be 21 years of age or older with valid driver’s license
Minimum of two years of previous experience in automotive accessory sales required
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong understanding of various automotive accessories and their functions
Strong understanding of accessory installation processes
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
Strong problem‑solving skills
High level of initiative and self‑motivation
Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong sales aptitude and the ability to close deals
Ability to lift and handle heavy products when needed
MUST PASS DRUG TEST & BACKGROUND CHECK
Must have excellent driving record
