Outreach & Engagement: Initiate and respond to contact with potential clients via phone, email, social media, and in-person events to present the organization’s services and value proposition. Qualifying Leads: Assess and qualify prospects based on their needs, challenges, and alignment with the organization’s service offerings. Product Demonstrations: Perform 15 to 20 minute, initial product demonstrations outlining the key functions of CCIQ. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads using CRM software. Track interactions, followups, and next steps. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for outreach, and send qualified leads to sales executives for closure. Market Research: Stay current with trends in chronic disease management, healthcare policies, and competitor activities to continuously refine outreach strategies. Event Participation: Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and webinars to network and generate new business opportunities. Reporting: Regularly report on key metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and feedback from prospects to improve outreach strategies. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical technology. Knowledge: Familiarity with chronic disease management, healthcare administration, or EHR with population health management solutions is preferred. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Desired Attributes
