We are seeking a full-time Business Development Representative to join our team at Turnwell Mental Health Network based in Alpharetta, GA. Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth. Conduct market analysis, generate leads, maintain relationships with referral sources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed marketing goals. Field sales will require check-ins at clinics and face-to-face outreach in the territory to drive referrals and business. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related field 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare or a related industry Proven track record of driving business growth and generating leads through effective marketing strategies Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across functions and levels Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus Passionate about improving patient care and delivering high-quality services that make a difference in patients' lives Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced high growth environment Benefits
