The Opportunity We’re looking for a
Business Development Representative
to join our high-performing team. This is more than just cold calling—it’s about combining research, strategy, and creativity to open doors at complex organizations. You’ll even get to use our own gifting platform as your secret weapon in prospecting.
This role is perfect for someone ambitious, resourceful, and eager to build a career in sales. We offer clear, merit-based progression within the BDR team and multiple pathways to grow across the business. If you’re driven, resilient, and ready to make an impact, Reachdesk is the place for you.
Hybrid work schedule – 2 days per week (Mondays and Wednesdays) in our Manhattan office.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and qualify leads, creating sales‑ready opportunities
Map target accounts and build relationships with decision‑makers
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
Continuously learn, experiment, and iterate to improve results
What We’re Looking For
Early–career BDR/SaaS outbound experience (or clear sales aptitude)
Strong written & verbal comms; comfortable on the phone
Creative, curious, and proactive in breaking through to prospects
Resilient and self‑motivated with a team‑first mindset
