Business Development Representative – Talent Acquisition Manager QLM is searching for an ambitious, self‑driven, motivated individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. QLM is a Labor Management Company focused on staffing projects with Skilled Trade personnel. This full‑time, salary position offers the opportunity for sales commission earnings.

Base Salary + Commission Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr – $60,000.00/yr. Commission: Monthly.

Daily Responsibilities

Travel to multiple job sites to sell and service both new and existing customers/contractors.

Accountability for site visits and completion of Job Site Analysis (JSA) to manage job‑site risk and safety.

Identify additional staffing needs and opportunities by conducting service calls and following up with existing customers.

Deal with client and employee relations and resolve issues as they arise.

Consult with customers regarding business needs.

Position Requirements

2 years of proven and verified experience in staffing/sales positions.

2 years of experience in the construction industry.

Trade‑specific knowledge specializing in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, drywall, welding, HVAC, concrete, and carpentry fields.

First‑rate interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and employees.

Ability to develop and maintain positive client relationships.

Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills.

Ability to quickly digest and implement feedback and coaching.
